Silver Squad

Swimmers aim for a higher level of fitness in Silver squad where they understand the mechanics and purpose of the stroke and can facilitate their own adjustments.



We build on self-confidence and provide regular positive feedback, highlighting their progress and achievements to reinforce the idea that effort through technique and intensity leads to improvement.

Mondays - 3.15pm to 5.30pm (3.15pm to 4pm land warm up | 4pm to 5.30pm swim)


Tuesdays - 6.45am to 8.15am (includes 45min land warm up)

Indooroopilly Swimming

Can't make it to the pool for 3.15pm? No problems

Our strength & warm up program is not compulsory for Silver & Bronze squad swimmers. If you are travelling from another area & can't make it to the pool for 3.15pm, we have plenty of swimmers who just attend the swim component of the session. Simply skip the land warm up & turn up ready to swim!

Silver X $187.75 per mth
Gold X $196 per mth

Participation in the squad system is considered to be an annual involvement; therefore the total fees for the year have been averaged out to produce the monthly amount, with the same monthly fee being payable for all 12 months of the year. This consistent monthly fee is applicable throughout all 12 months, irrespective of school holidays or training pauses, ensuring a steady monthly charge.

Our primary objective is to provide squad sessions that prioritise four key areas.


These areas are integral to creating a positive and secure environment for our swimmers, promoting their development not only in terms of their swimming abilities but also as individuals.
