For those social butterflies who simply enjoy a swim and don’t want the pressure of speed machines around you.
This is also an entry level squad for our adults who have just learnt how to swim.
These sessions allow for technique help through drills and assistance from the coach.
This session still has its challenges but more fun and social based, the intensity for the majority is low and aims to give you a workout without draining you for the rest of the day or evening.
Our Fitness Squad is for swimmers of all levels who want to improve their fitness in the water. Sessions focus on developing technique, building endurance, and enjoying a great workout.
Whether you're swimming for fitness, training alongside other sports, or just looking for a social and active way to stay healthy, these sessions offer a relaxed and supportive environment.
This squad for those who like a challenge and can swim laps confidently or have some swim fitness.
Swimmers can use fins and can always rest when needed. You are the master of your own session and the coach will push you if you want to be. Sessions can consist of aerobic work including 100’s, 200’s and 400’s, anaerobic work including 50’s or 100 efforts with adequate rest, power and resistant training and speed.
Our sessions are also designed to have an element of fun and variety to ensure you don’t get bored. We encourage a good social side to the squad to give you the opportunity to meet other like-minded people.
