Our Adult Learn to Swim Program is one of the most successful in Brisbane. We take pride in teaching those from being fearful in the water to now swimming in our adult squad.
When you start an adult learn to swim program with Element Swimming you are assigned a coach for the entirety of your program.
Our program structure gives each swimmer the best chance to achieve their goal and in a timely period, plus free supervised practice sessions at our pool to aid in developing new skills.

Yes, we have taught many adults who have a fear of water. We personalise the lesson to your ability so we will start slowly and work towards your swimming goals.
Great, let's see where you are at with your swimming ability in your first lesson. Our coaches will identify where you need assistance and help you improve on those areas. You can also discuss how many lessons you may need to swim confidently.
It really depends on you. After each lesson, we strongly advise you to use the free pool time to practice what you have learnt so you can progress quickly. Most people need 6 or 10 weeks of weekly lessons to see some significant improvements.
We can design your 6 or 10 week course around your rostered dates. We will try to keep you with the same coach too. Just email us with your availability.
Yes! You're welcome to cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 5 hours before your scheduled lesson time without penalty.

If you would like to practice any of the skills you have been taught in your lessons, we offer some allocated pool space for you to come down & swim for free. Come for as long or as little as you like in the timeslots below.
Full use of any pool equipment provided - please just ask.
